The goal was to modernize the look and feel of the site while ensuring it functioned seamlessly for both customers and the internal team.
Our work included a custom WordPress build with dynamic content functionality, allowing Klaus to showcase service areas, neighborhoods, team members, and project galleries with automated tagging and categorization. We created flexible templates for service pages, team profiles, and before-and-after galleries, making it easy for the client to update content internally. Key technical integrations included Salesforce CRM for form capture, a Calendly link for direct scheduling, and preparation for Birdeye Reviews integration to showcase customer testimonials dynamically across the site.
Special attention was given to performance optimization, with strategies like limiting homepage service area sliders to improve load speed and implementing logic to hide empty content sections for a clean, polished look. We also built in customizable features, such as drag-and-drop ordering for service areas and neighborhoods, dynamic review filtering, and mobile-responsive design.
